I. All products come with a three-year warranty.

II. During the warranty period, faults that occur under normal use according to the instructionmanual (determined by EVbee's after-sales service centre) will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

III. During the warranty period, if any of the following apply, product repair of replacement will incur a cost.

1. Failure to provide a valid proof of purchase
2. Faults and damages caused by incorrect use and improper repairs
3. Faults and damages caused by transportation, moving, or mishandling after purchase
4. Faults and damages caused by other unavoidable external factors
5. Improper use leading to equipment damage caused by water or other liquids.
6. Damages caused by using a power supply other than the one supplied

IV. This warranty is only valid in the European Union.
