Introducing the new DC Series: DC 400 & DC 60
EVbee's commitment to product innovation continued in Q2 with the introduction of the DC series, DC 400 and DC 60, which were unveiled at P2D Munich in June.
The DC 400 charger is designed for large commercial vehicles that can handle high-powered charging. It boasts several innovative features, including modular high-power charging that allows for configuration up to 400kW, smart parallel DC charging to juice up two vehicles at once with load balancing, and high current support of up to 500 amps without the need for liquid cooling.
The DC 60 is set to address the growing demand for accessible and powerful charging in urban areas. Businesses can easily integrate the DC 60 without sacrificing valuable space. It has scalable power with adjustable modules ranging (30, 40, 60, or 80kW) to suit various commercial needs. The DC 60 also features intelligent power allocation for simultaneous charging of two EVs and a modular, adaptable design allowing easy wall-mounted or pedestal installation.
EVbee On Tour - Power2Drive & Future Mobility Asia
EVbee's initiative to showcase our products globally and look for like-minded partners in the EV industry calendar continued in Q2 with our participation in two key events: Power2Drive Munich and Future Mobility Asia.
Our European tour culminated at the prestigious Power2Drive Munich (June 19th-21st). Here, EVbee took center stage, showcasing our entire product portfolio. This included everything from compact home chargers to the exciting new DC charging series – the DC 60 and DC 400 – truly demonstrating the comprehensive charging solutions EVbee offers.
Earlier in Q2, we embarked on a journey to Asia, participating in Future Mobility Asia in Bangkok, Thailand (May 15th-17th). This premier event provided a valuable platform to connect with fellow EV enthusiasts across the continent.
Get ready to see even more of EVbee on the road. We're already gearing up for our next big tour, which will focus on captivating audiences in South Europe in 2025.
Recognition on the Red Dot Stage
In Q2, we were incredibly honored to receive the prestigious Red Dot Design Award for our LUX AC Home Charger product design at a ceremony held in Essen, Germany. The EVbee team was proudly present to claim the certificate.
This exciting news doesn't stop there. The LUX AC Home Charger is now on display at the renowned Red Dot Museum in Essen, Germany. This prestigious museum showcases design excellence across various industries, and the LUX's inclusion signifies its recognition as a leader in home EV charging design.
New Partnerships: YesCharge.me and FLEXECHARGE
EVbee is committed to accelerating the e-mobility revolution through strategic partnerships that expand the compatibility and adaptability of our charging solutions, ultimately better serving CPOs and EV owners.
Our collaboration with YesCharge.me expands EVbee's compatibility by making our solutions adaptable to a wider range of EVs, including e-excavators, e-tractors, and other agricultural equipment. YesCharge.me's unwavering commitment to accessibility is perfectly aligned with our vision. To put this vision into action, they recently hosted a successful test of our DC 60, specifically focusing on its ability to charge these heavy-duty work vehicles. The positive results demonstrate the DC 60's versatility and its potential to play a key role in electrifying not just personal transportation but various industries as well.
Expanding our commitment to seamless integration, our public charging range was now officially fully integrated with FLEXECHARGE's load management software, HARMON-E. With FLEXECHARGE compatibility announced, we're thrilled to offer even more choice and flexibility for charge point operators. This advancement demonstrates another step closer to our goal of providing carefree EV charging solutions for any need.
